About This Poem

 

"After Ch'u Yuan" was published in Des Imagistes: An Anthology (Albert and Charles Boni, 1914).

 

Ezra Pound was born in Hailey, Idaho, in 1885. His collections include Umbra: Collected Poems (E. Mathews, 1920) and Cantos I-XVI (Three Mountains Press, 1925). He died in 1972.
