About This Poem

 

"Brennbaum" was published in Poems 1918–21: Including Three Portraits and Four Cantos (Boni and Liveright, 1921).

 

Ezra Pound was born in Hailey, Idaho, on October 30, 1885. His collections include Umbra: The Early Poems of Ezra Pound (E. Mathews, 1920) and A Draft of XVI Cantos (Three Mountains Press, 1925). He died on November 1, 1972.
