About This Poem

 

"Song" was published in The Harvard Advocate on June 3, 1907.

 

T. S. Eliot was born on September 26, 1888, in St. Louis, Missouri. His collections of poetry include Prufrock and Other Observations (The Egoist Press, Ltd., 1917) and The Waste Land (Boni and Liveright, 1922). Eliot received the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1948. He died in 1965.
