Don't forget to schedule time to relax and refresh your body, soul, and spirit. Dinner with friends, a long walk or even a relaxing bubble bath will do wonders in letting go and grounding yourself.

You deserve balance in your life. It's up to you to make it happen.

An-225 "Mriya" made in Ukraine is the biggest plane in the world. And there is only one plane like this. The An-225 was employed as the prime method of transporting the Buran Shuttle. So its lifting capacity had to be not less than 250 tons.

The first commercial flight was performed by the An-225 in May, 1990. The tractor T-800 with weight more than 100 tons was delivered from Chelyabinsk to Yakutia.

10-Day Old Baby Dolphin

A baby dolphin is lowered into a swimming pool just hours after being rescued.The mammal was discovered by walkers on a beach near the Uruguayan capital, Montevideo.It was suffering from injuries believed to have been caused by a fishing net.There was no sign of its mother.The dolphin is only about ten days old. Richard Tesore, head of the NGO Rescate Fauna Marina, has been caring for tiny animal in Piriapolis, 62 miles east of the capital, Montevideo.And while his cute charge is a hit with visitors, it seems they must queue behind a penguin if they want to see him. The Magellan penguin is also being looked after at the centre and has taken an interest in the new patient.The natural survival rate for dolphins within their first year of life in the wild is 20 per cent. The death toll of captive born dolphins is much higher. According to the US Marine Mammal Inventory Report did between 1960 and 1993 more than 50 per cent of the dolphins born in captivity within the first four months of life.

Complaint of Isadora Duncan's Scarf

by Charles Jensen

My only glory was in beauty,
how I reached from her slender neck
toward the sky, ravaged by wind

the way a rough lover handles
you: dizzying, powerful,
unpredictable, but with joy,

joy in touching you,
joy in seeing you disheveled. The cool
night air ran its lips on my silk skin

to make me dance. I danced,
long and lean, with perfect
extension and seamless flow.

I had no bones. Not one bit of me
was firm or harsh. I was air
itself. I was becoming

pure performance. I could
see the tire's eye watching me.
The car at the sidewalk with its

inflexible frame-it hated
my freedom, my lift, my flight.
The car, gravity's great love,

envied me. The wind, for a moment,
set me down with ballet grace.
I lit upon the cold steel spokes

striking out from the wheel
like the arms of great Kali. She
tangled me, and when the car

drove off the wheel pulled me
tighter. I wound around its neck
the only way a scarf knows how,

pulling my whole silk body
and everything that anchored me
into the mouth of never.

Constantly evolving, yet always unmistakeably London, the pictures take the reader on a journey through the capital's changing landscapes from the taverns of the Victorian era to the Houses of Parliament, the psychedelia of The Beatles to the new romanticism of the 80s and beyond.

The following list of phrases and their definitions might help you understand the mysterious language of science and medicine. These special phrases are also applicable to anyone working on a Ph.D. dissertation or academic paper anywhere!

"It has long been known" = I didn't look up the original reference.

"A definite trend is evident" = These data are practically meaningless.

"While it has not been possible to provide definite answers to the questions" = An unsuccessful experiment, but I still hope to get it published.

"Three of the samples were chosen for detailed study" = The other results didn't make any sense.

"Typical results are shown" = This is the prettiest graph.

"These results will be in a subsequent report" = I might get around to this sometime, if pushed/funded.

"In my experience" = once.

"In case after case" = twice.

"In a series of cases" = thrice.

"It is believed that" = I think.

"It is generally believed that" = A couple of others think so, too.

"Correct within an order of magnitude" = Wrong.

"According to statistical analysis" = Rumor has it.

"A statistically oriented projection of the significance of these findings" = A wild guess.

"A careful analysis of obtainable data" = Three pages of notes were obliterated when I knocked over a glass of pop.

"It is clear that much additional work will be required before a complete understanding of this phenomenon occurs"= I don't understand it.

"After additional study by my colleagues"= They don't understand it either.

"Thanks are due to Joe Blotz for assistance with the experiment and to Cindy Adams for valuable discussions" = Mr. Blotz did the work and Ms. Adams explained to me what it meant.

"A highly significant area for exploratory study" = A totally useless topic selected by my committee.

"It is hoped that this study will stimulate further investigation in this field" = I quit.
