[AffirmationstoDe-Stress] MORNING COFFEE

"Laughter is the best medicine!"
Did you know that the average child laughs 400 times a day, while the average woman laughs only 15 times per day? If laughter seems like a distance memory, then it's time the child inside came out to play.
In reality, you have so much more to enjoy than the child you used to be – and so many more reasons to laugh. You have that vast library of memories to be brought out and explored – years of joy, adventure and smiles. There are mistakes filed away – all good reason for laughter. There's the accumulation of friendship – full of hugs, love and good times. There's that treasure chest of experience to be dipped into – and so much more meant to bring a chuckle!
And finally, never to be overlooked, there's that secret inner deposit of excitement, wonder, enthusiasm and confidence in all the good times yet to come!

Escape Your Prison
"Take a chance."
Ever felt embarrassed after someone rebuffed your invitation to go for coffee? Ever felt hurt when you opened yourself up to another person and they didn't react the way that you had hoped? Ever felt scared for any number of reasons?
Congratulations! You're alive. And growing, too! If we never take a chance, if we never stretch ourselves, there are two things that we can be sure of. One is that we will never feel hurt or embarrassed or scared. The other is that we will stagnate. Safe in our comfort zone, we will find in time that comfort zone has become a prison. We have dealt ourselves a life sentence of "safety." Yet safety equals stagnation.
Be embarrassed! Be hurt! Be frightened! The rewards of growth and change are permanently rewarding. Slowly, through taking chances on people and situations, we mold ourselves into the person we want to be. We grow. We learn. We change for the better. The end result outweighs the temporary pain encountered on the journey.
Take a chance on life today.

Put your mind at peace
Put your mind at peace, and put yourself in a powerful state. Let go of the worries and anxieties, and let in the most meaningful and positive possibilities.
You already have enough challenges to deal with. Don't let your own thoughts drag you down.
Instead, quiet those thoughts and feel the beauty of your own being. Rather than getting carried along by one distraction after another, experience the unique power and potential of the moment.
At the center of who you are, there is peace, and it is real. Connect yourself often with that peace, and let its positive power fill every corner of your life.
Put your mind at peace, and free yourself to think and to act according to your highest, most authentic values. See the best possibilities, and see how you can lovingly bring them to life.
Live from a perspective of peace, and live at a higher, more heartfelt level. Put your mind at peace, and be your most sincere and positive self.
