If you have a sense of doubt but you can't quite put your finger on it, don't question the "Why." The answer will come. If something inside you says go for it, follow that hunch. Don't think about all the reasons why you shouldn't.
 
Trust your intuition! It won't let you down.
 
In due time, the reasons "Why" will become crystal clear. In the meantime, your intuition will act as a golden compass pointing you toward your dreams.

How Much Music Can You Make?
 
Imagine this. A concert violinist is performing a difficult piece in front of a large audience. Suddenly there is a loud snap that reverberates throughout the auditorium. The audience immediately knows that a string has broken and fully expects the concert to be suspended until another string, or instrument, is brought to the musician.
 
But instead, the violinist composes herself, closes her eyes and then signals the conductor to begin again. The orchestra resumes where it had left off and now the musician plays the music on the remaining three strings. In her mind she works out new fingering to compensate. A work that few people can play well on a perfect instrument, the violinist with the broken string plays magnificently.
 
When she finishes, an awesome silence hangs in the room. And then as one, the crowd rises to their feet amidst enthusiastic applause and cheers. The violinist smiles and wipes perspiration from her brow. When silence returns to the great room, she explains why she continued to play in spite of the accident. "You know," she says, still breathless, "sometimes it is the artist's task to find out how much music you can still make with what you have left."
 
(Though this incident is sometimes purported to have happened to the famous violinist Itzhak Perlman, it cannot be substantiated and is more likely grist in the mill of urban legend. But there is a powerful truth in this story nevertheless.)
 
We know what the violinist means, don't we? We know about experiencing losses and setbacks. We know what it means to find out how much music we can still make with what we have left.
 
Maybe you've lived most of your life and you have only a little time remaining. Though most of your life is behind, can you still make music?
 
Maybe disease or an accident has robbed you of your capacity to work. Though too sick or weak to hold down a job, are there other ways to contribute? Can you still make music?
 
Perhaps a financial loss has left you impoverished. Without the resources you've enjoyed in the past, can you count up the numerous other resources still available to you? Time? Energy? Skills? Knowledge? Can you still make music?
 
Or maybe a meaningful relationship has ended and you feel alone in the world. Will you figure out what that loss means in your life, grieve its passing and decide you still have a future? Can you still make music?
 
There are times when we all experience loss; times when something occurs that changes everything. Like the violinist, will you find the courage to discover just how much music you can still make with what you have left? How much good you can still do? How much joy you can still share?
 
I'm convinced that the world, more than ever, needs the music only you can make. And if it takes extra courage to keep playing in spite of your loss, many will applaud the effort. And who knows? Others may be inspired to pick up their broken instruments, their broken lives, and begin again.
 
The all-important question we each must ask is this: Just how much music can I make with what I have left?

सोटे ले ले शाहले आगी

[Hindi Jokes] Management Lesson

Management Lesson :

One night when the whole world was sleeping, a thief broke into the house of a washer man.

The washer man was fast asleep but the donkey and the dog were awake.

The dog decided not to bark since the master did not take good care of him and wanted to teach him a lesson.

The donkey got worried and said to the dog that if he doesn't bark, the donkey will have to do something himself.

The dog did not change his mind and the donkey started braying loudly. 

Hearing the donkey bray, the thief ran away, the master woke up and started beating the donkey for braying in the middle of the night for no reason.

Moral of the story: One must not engage in duties other than his own.



Now take a new look at the same story.

The washer man was like a typical top management corporate guy.

He had the fundas of looking at the bigger picture and thinking out of the box.

He was convinced that there must be some reason for the donkey to bray in the night.

He walked outside a little and did some fact finding, applied a research approach, figured out from the ground realities that there was a thief who broke in and the donkey only wanted to alert him about it.

Looking at the donkey's extra initiative and going beyond the call of the duty, he rewarded him with lot of hay and other perks and the donkey became his favorite pet. 

The dog's life didn't change much, except that now the donkey was more motivated in doing the dogs duties as well.

In the Appraisal the dog managed an "8".

The donkey was rated as "9".

Soon the dog realized that the donkey is taking care of his duties and he can enjoy his life sleeping and lazing around.

The donkey had to live up to his already high performance standards. 

Soon he was over burdened with work and always under pressure and now is looking for a switch....

Moral of the story-Remains the same- "One must not engage in duties other than his own"

सुबह उसने बच्चो का टेस्ट लिया था

और उनकी कॉपिया जाचने के लिए

घर ले आई थी | बच्चो की कॉपिया

देखते देखते उसके आंसू बहने लगे | उसका पति वही लेटे mobile देख रहा था |

उसने रोने का कारण पूछा ।

टीचर बोली , "सुबह मैंने बच्चो को

'मेरी सबसे बड़ी ख्वाइश' विषय पर कुछ

पंक्तिया लिखने को कहा था ; एक बच्चे

ने इच्छा जाहिर करी है की भगवन उसे

Mobile बना दे |

यह सुनकर पतिदेव हंसने लगे |

टीचर बोली , "आगे तो सुनो बच्चे ने

लिखा है यदि मै mobile बन जाऊंगा, तो

घर में मेरी एक खास जगह होगी और

सारा परिवार मेरे इर्द-गिर्द रहेगा |

जब मै बोलूँगा, तो सारे लोग मुझे ध्यान

से सुनेंगे | मुझे रोका टोका नहीं जायेंगा

और नहीं उल्टे सवाल होंगे |

जब मै mobile बनूंगा, तो पापा ऑफिस से

आने के बाद थके होने के बावजूद मेरे

साथ बैठेंगे | मम्मी को जब तनाव होगा,

तो वे मुझे डाटेंगी नहीं, बल्कि मेरे साथ

रहना चाहेंगी | मेरे बड़े भाई-बहनों के

बीच मेरे पास रहने के लिए झगडा होगा |

यहाँ तक की जब mobile बंद रहेंगा, तब भी

उसकी अच्छी तरह देखभाल होंगी |

और हा, mobile  के रूप में मै सबको  ख़ुशी

भी दे सकूँगा | "

यह सब सुनने के बाद पति भी थोड़ा

गंभीर होते हुए बोला ,

'हे भगवान ! बेचारा बच्चा …. उसके

माँ-बाप तो उस पर जरा भी ध्यान नहीं

देते !'

टीचर पत्नी ने आंसूं भरी आँखों से

उसकी तरफ देखा और बोली,

"जानते हो, यह बच्चा कौन है? ………………………हमारा अपना बच्चा……

.. हमारा छोटू |"

सोचिये, यह छोटू कही आपका बच्चा

तो नहीं ।

मित्रों , आज की भाग-दौड़ भरी ज़िन्दगी

में हमें वैसे ही एक दूसरे के लिए कम

वक़्त मिलता है , और अगर हम वो भी

सिर्फ टीवी देखने , मोबाइल पर

खेलने और फेसबुक से चिपके रहने में

गँवा देंगे तो हम कभी अपने रिश्तों की

अहमियत और उससे मिलने वाले प्यार

को नहीं समझ पायेंगे।

Moral : Please spare some of your valuable time for your children.

A mental cleaning is even more effective. It's a great time to get rid of the bad and the ugly. Throw out all your old beliefs, memories, limitations, guilt, fears, doubts, and images that are no longer serving you.  Make room in your mental closet for all the good things that life has to offer.
When you start afresh, with an open and positive mind, you'll instantly feel energized and uplifted because all the negativity is gone. Try it!

This is my life, and my dreams are worth it
Life is a courageous journey or nothing at all. We cannot become who we want to be by continuing to do exactly what we've been doing. If you are passionate about something, pursue it, no matter what anyone else thinks. That's how dreams are achieved. Be deaf when people tell you that you can't fulfill your dreams. The only place where your goals and dreams are impossible is inside your head. Once you've dreamed of it, you're halfway there. So go ahead and follow through. Let your dreams be bigger than your fears and your actions louder than your words. Follow your heart regardless of what others tell you to do. At the end of the day it's you who has to live with your decisions, not them.
Whatever the situation
Difficult people can be valuable teachers. Difficult situations can build strong and highly useful skills.
Challenges provide outstanding opportunities to be your best, and to get even better. Disappointments can help you more fully appreciate the good things you have.
Look for the positive possibilities in whatever happens. Those positive possibilities are most certainly there.
Instead of resenting where you are, or who you must deal with, or what you must do, find something positive. Find a way to grow, to learn, to appreciate, to become stronger and more highly skilled.
Instead of wishing for an easy situation, see and make the most of the value in whatever the situation may be. Always remember that life's fulfillment is not handed to you, but is created by you out of the reality that comes your way.
Embrace that reality, in all its many flavors. Find goodness and value in whatever may come, and you'll never have to worry about what may or may not happen next.

Journey aka OR7

What's his likeness amongst the north/south divide, amongst the 
shifting winter light at high noon? 
What's his call in the ghost of his likeness? When is the full moon 
full? When will the warmth of his paw be a blessing, 
his eyes friendly, his look the look of a god? 
When will the wild forever be wild in the high rough, in the fallen 
bark, in the scrub grass? How far 
will he see from afar in the snow haze? How far?

About This Poem 

"This poem pays homage to a lone gray wolf who in 2012 was seeking a mate across the vast Pacific Northwest. Along the way he became a symbol and a hero among wolves and Native Americans alike, accruing an almost cultlike status. He was known by the name, 'Journey,' and known to biologists as OR7. There are no sightings of him of late, but I wrote this poem so we don't forget."
