Here is some information that might help you. Sometimes, when we have complex or difficult problems to solve, our feelings of being under pressure cause us to push so hard for solutions that we wind up spinning our wheels. We study the problem from every possible angle, collect huge amounts of information, struggle hard and do lots of analysis. Still the answer evades us.  Some of this is because it's hard for us to tolerate feeling confused for very long. We want certainty, and we want clear answers. However, sometimes it's better not to push it. Dr. Peter Carruthers, one-time head of theoretical physics at Los Alamos National Laboratory, said that our unconscious is an important factor in solving complex problems. This means that while you certainly need to collect all the information you can, and sometimes literally immerse yourself in the problem, at some point it's important to back off and leave it, trusting that creative, productive mental work will continue even if you're not aware of it. Peak performers of all kinds demonstrate this and researchers confirm it: analysis and intuition are partners in creative work. People who won't relax their dependence on concrete, countable information often just can't see possibilities that don't fit into what they already know. But, if you're willing to let go for a while and let your creative subconscious have a turn, you may be surprised and pleased at the results. The new Gemasolar Power Plant near Seville in southern Spain is the world's first solar plant to have the capacity to generate electricity even at night. More than 2600 concentrically arranged mirrors spread across 185 hectares of rural land concentrate solar energy towards a centrally located molten nitrate salt tank. As the rays converge, they super-heat the salt to over 900C, causing water around the tank to boil and drive steam turbines. In addition, any superfluous heat generated during the day is stored within the liquefied salt. It acts like a giant thermal battery for driving the turbines at night and during overcast days up to 15 hours at a time with no sunlight. But Seville, being one of the sunniest areas in Europe, this doesn't happen very often.     The $US410 million Gemasolar plant that just opened has a potential output of 20 megawatts, though it is currently operating below that capacity. What a MARVEL! The blue and red lizard with a striking resemblance to comic book superhero Spider-Man   One has to wonder whether this lizard's spider-senses are tingling. For the reptile bears more than a passing resemblance to the Marvel comic superhero Spiderman.   The lizard's amazing red and blue markings are strikingly similar to the suit worn by the crime-fighting, web-weaving daredevil.   And - as the reptile was captured crawling around on his rock - he appeared to strike an identical pose to Spidey's favoured crouching pose.     Strike a pose: The brightly-coloured Mwanza Flat Headed Agama lizard even mimics Spidey's famous crouch   The lizard is a Mwanza Flat Headed Agama, which are native to Africa and usually live in groups with one dominant male - usually the most colourful.   Rich Nunn from Nostalgia and Comics in Birmingham said the resemblance was uncanny.   Non $top Entertainment only at Funzug!
