How to make up for being Lazy in bed
 
1. Men's Heels

 
The other day, the NY Times ran a piece on fashion at some of the hippest, exclusive parties in town – and noted that countless men attending them were wearing high heels. Mind you, we're not talking Simon Cowell-high type of shoes, but heels that would probably make even a woman feel dizzy.
 
Some of them are lucky enough to fit into designer sample/women's sizes, but others have to look everywhere to find a manufacturer willing to customize their offering to fit them. All of them, though, insist that wearing high heels doesn't mean they're going out in drag. As they see it, men have far too few options when it comes to fashion, whereas the ladies have more than one could count.
 
Some men are even willing to pay upwards of $2,000 (Euro 1,447) for a pair of their favorite designer shoes and it's all in the name of diversifying their wardrobe.
 
2. Male Lingerie

 
Lingerie is no longer just for the ladies; an increasing number of men are squeezing their buns into teeny tiny sexy undies too, and loving every minute. XDress.com offers a wide selection of male lingerie, from split seam thongs to transparent body suits. You can buy them online and, I hate to say it, they are affordable.
 
3. Men's Satin Tights

 
Up until now I had never seen men's tights, but they exist and people buy them. Maybe someday every man will wear them. But me and my band of merry men aren't ready for it yet. Are you?
 
4. Men's Mascara

 
Twenty years ago it would have been unusual for a man to be buying under-eye concealer for his girlfriend, and unthinkable that he should be buying it for himself. But, if trend predictions are correct, it seems our department stores are about to be overrun with men buying make-up.
 
Make-up for men is quite the thing right now. Not just among the creative, edgy and experimental metrosexual classes, either. It's been inspired by the recent punk/goth revival, the proliferation of startling stick-thin males such as Russell Brand, and something American called Emo - emotionally charged punk rock music - with which the mascara-wearing group, My Chemical Romance, is proving rather popular. But if I'm intending to wear mascara, how should I do it? "All or nothing," advises make-up artist, Kay Montano, "I find men who wear make-up intend it to be undetectable, a little bit creepy. Trowel it on and forget all about subtlety."
 
5. Men's Monokini

 
A Monokini is a topless swimsuit which includes only a bikini bottom without a bikini top. Normally, designers design this daring swimwear for women. But now, get ready to see men at the beach wearing sexy monokinis. Sounds weird but true. Emporio Armani's Spring 2011 runway presented men's monokinis. Quite Unusual!
 
6. Men's Skirts

 
Men's fashion continuously evolves and this new trend has got me a little concerned. I'm talking skirts for men. We've seen designers send male models down the runway in various styles of skirt but they haven't really stuck and bled into the mainstream. Not until designer Marc Jacobs started wearing them did the man skirt get enough attention and H&M carried them as part of their Spring 2010 collection.
 
7. Men's Pantyhose

 
If women are worried that their previously exclusive fashion domain is being invaded by men in mascara and man-bras, there's another cause for concern. "Mantyhose" are pantyhose for men, the latest in a string of men's fashion trends straight from the bizarre files. According to its website, "everyone, from truck drivers to cowboys, are wearing them."
 
8. Men's Corset

 
I don't think this will be a big trend for the spring. I mean how many men you know would wear a corset? The models walked the runway wearing Galliano's signature painted-on ten-to-twelve packs. But it does look really cool and fun.

Guinness World Records has launched the latest edition of its best-selling book documenting global achievement, including new entries for the shortest bull, the oldest gymnast and the lowest ever car. Posted in alpha-Q Group.The 57th version of best-selling reference book also features new verified entries for the world's heaviest sportswoman and the most conquests of Mount Everest, as well as the tallest ever dog.

Being published in 22 languages in more than 100 countries, the 2013 Guinness World Records is expected to sell around 2.7 million copies and documents numerous new extremes relating to the human body.

A fifth of animals without backbones could be at risk of extinction, say scientists.

Ask me if I speak for the snail and I will tell you
I speak for the snail.
                          speak of underneathedness
and the welcome of mosses,
                                        of life that springs up,
little lives that pull back and wait for a moment.

I speak for the damselfly, water skeet, mollusk,
the caterpillar, the beetle, the spider, the ant.
                                                        I speak
from the time before spinelessness was frowned upon.

Ask me if I speak for the moon jelly. I will tell you
                        one thing today and another tomorrow
        and I will be as consistent as anything alive
on this earth.

              I move as the currents move, with the breezes.

What part of your nature drives you? You, in 

   your cubicle

ought to understand me. I filter and filter and filter 

   all day.


Ask me if I speak for the nautilus and I will be silent
as the nautilus shell on a shelf. I can be beautiful
and useless if that's all you know to ask of me.

Ask me what I know of longing and I will speak of 

   distances
        between meadows of night-blooming flowers.
                                                        I will speak
                        the impossible hope of the firefly.

                                                You with the candle
burning and only one chair at your table must 

   understand
        such wordless desire.

                         To say it is mindless is missing the point.

Break Destructive Habits

"Change the way you think and you'll change the way you feel."

Breaking the habit of negative thinking and replacing it with an "I can and I will" attitude is the change called for by inner confidence.

Negative thinking can be so interwoven in the fabric of whom you are that it is natural to assume it's normal. It's not! Breaking the cycle of negative thinking means you must acknowledge and face your harsh inner critic.

You have strengths, skills and talents. Recognizing and believing in them is what confidence is all about. When you are confident, it's easy to feel great, because your inner critic becomes your inner champion!
You're only a moment away from making real progress. One
Small effort can get you started.
It's nice and comfortable to stay where you are, without
Taking action, without making progress. Yet after a while
That comfort turns into stagnation, and you'll feel painful
Regret for not moving forward.
Now, however, you have the opportunity to avoid that regret.
Now, you have the chance to make valuable use of this very
Moment.
It really doesn't take much to get started, and the payoff
Can be enormous. Once you make that first small effort, the
Next one comes more easily, and the one after that even more
Easily.
Soon, you'll have real, solid momentum. And before long,
You'll have a real, valuable achievement.
Life is yours right now to live. Start with one small
Effort, and fulfill your greatest possibilities.

Matter of choice

Life is always a matter of choice. Whatever the circumstances may be, you can choose the level at which you live.

You can choose what to think about the various events that play out in front of your eyes. You can choose how to respond to the challenges and opportunities that come into your life.

When you choose to consistently and persistently follow a particular purpose, you will manifest that purpose in the world around you. When you choose to focus your thoughts and efforts on things of meaningful value, you will create more value.

In the next few hours, or in the next few moments, anything can happen. It may be what you planned or it may be a total surprise.

Yet whatever may happen, you can choose what to do about it. Though you are subject to many powerful forces and influences, you can choose the way you deal with them.

The life you live is a matter of choice. Choose wisely, and live richly.

Holding grudges uses lots of emotional energy. And, when your emotional energy is tied up in a grudge, it holds you in the past. Grudges hold energy hostage and it's not until you forgive that your energy can be restored.
 
Think of forgiveness as something you do for yourself. Think of it as something that makes you stronger, not weaker.
 
If you're holding grudges, let them go. Seek reconciliation if needed. If you find it hard to forgive then start with the small grudges and work your way up. The physical feeling of relief and the energy reclaimed will be well worth it.
 
Forgive today. It's time to move on!

The more clearly you know who you are, the more elevated your perspective becomes. Develop a solid understanding of your very own fundamental reasons why, and you'll find multiple opportunities for moving forward.
 
When you're in touch with your purpose, you'll find that many of the external things you see as necessities are not really necessities at all. The less you need, the more abundant and fulfilling your life will be.
 
Know why you do what you do, and you'll understand how to do it more effectively. When there is authentic passion driving your actions, those actions get results.
 
Where there is a real and meaningful reason, fulfillment naturally follows. Find your deepest reason why, and activate your most powerful abilities to make it so.

Weighing in at 50kg (7st 9lb) and still growing, he lifts 40kg bags of grain to build up his muscles. Showing off his power in a series of strength tests, Yang gave father Zuyuan, who weighs 90kg (14st 1lb), a piggyback to the delight of neighbours in his village in Chuzhou, in China's Anhui province.

 
Yang, whose dream is to be an Olympic champion weightlifter, first displayed his prowess for power aged just nine months – by lifting a 5kg oil drum into the air.

Two Minus One

She called to say she lost it. She wasn't pregnant long enough for the leaves to go crisp, toasted almost brown. They were still gold, still burning themselves orange. I don't understand I said out loud & between the joints in my fingers. We should call the police, file a missing person's report. I'll put flyers around the block. I'll find her. I have a flashlight, canned food that'll last for months, a backpack that straps around my waist. I have beard stubble. My eyesight has been perfect since birth, so spread open-I'll climb inside. In the nighttime, they keep the lights on at cemeteries so the dead can find their beds again. Some things stay too small ever to be buried. I've got the police on speed dial, but how do you pick out your embryo? It was there just hours ago. They put jelly below her stomach. There was an agreement that something was inside her: ghosts shaped as shipwrecks barely moving. Leaving nature we still keep it. My favorite part of the future would have been my daughter's ears studded like the buds of chrysanthemums. I couldn't pick out a linden tree in a police lineup, if the lineup went linden tree, parachute, Boy George, maple tree, orange grove-so how would I pick out my embryo in a lineup that went embryo, embryo, polar bear, embryo, winter? What did your embryo look like? Like the cover of a book no one would read. Like gleaming.
