[AffirmationstoDe-Stress] MORNING COFFEE

with 0 comments

"Organize your time."
Getting the most from every minute starts with better organization. This means you need to be in tune with your immediate priorities and willing to stick with them.
As you go through your day it's easy to get caught up in busy work and less important errands. Instead, draw the line. You need to stay focused on your priority tasks. If making a list helps, do it. If it means telling someone you don't have time, then don't be afraid to say it.
At the end of the day, you will have accomplished what is important to you. You won't feel rushed, worn-out or stressed. Instead you'll feel energized, productive and accomplished. Then, you can give yourself a mental pat on the back for a job well done!

Right Now
What is wrong with right now? Nothing. Are there things you would like to change? Of course.
The beauty of right now is that it gives you a place to start and the wisdom of knowing where to go. There is nothing wrong with right now. It is a magnificent point in time. Any problems you sense with this moment are based on your own interpretation. Nothing is wrong unless you choose to make it so.
Choose instead to see and to live the rightness and the goodness of this moment. Transcend the petty concerns which have held you back in the past. Free yourself to live at your best.
Drink in the beauty and energy of right now. A world of possibilities stretches out in front of you. They all begin right now. Life is already filled with abundance, and right now is your chance to make it.

Beyond the challenge

Before you focus on the obstacles and difficulties, think about the rewards you'll bring into your life by getting past those difficulties. Before you consider all the effort that's involved, consider what you have the opportunity to achieve with that effort.
Certainly there are challenges facing you. To get yourself successfully through them, make sure you have a strong, meaningful, compelling reason.
Imagine, with all the richness you can give it, how good life will be on the other side of the challenge. Let your imagination give good, solid purpose to the strength that will carry you beyond the challenge.
When your authentic purpose is aligned with your efforts, you will absolutely find a way to be highly effective in those efforts. You'll have the strength and ability to innovate, adjust, improve and persist for as long as necessary to get the job done.
Before the journey even begins, use your imagination to immerse your mind and spirit in the rewards waiting at the end of that journey. The more vibrantly you visualize and relate to the goal, the more energy you'll have to get there.
Though it may be extremely challenging, there is a path from here to there. Connect solidly with your purpose for getting there, and you will soon have worked yourself successfully beyond the challenge.
