A highly acclaimed English sculptor, carves beautiful sculptures of the interiors of monumental historical buildings from marble and stone. His sculptures strike a stark contrast between his precise architectural forms and the raw and natural stone or marble pieces that they were carved out of.

 

If you find yourself in Oxford any time soon, you can visit a collaborative exhibition with Matthew's pieces called "On Form 14", at Asthall Manor, Burford, Oxfordshire, until 6th July 2014.
