There are some people who make our routine lives easier in ways we can't even imagine. Sadly, we not only take them for granted, but also, appallingly, fail to take notice of them. Blame our busy lives or our ignorant attitude but we really don't realise what our lives would be like without these people.
1. The IT guy at office.
You cannot have a normal day in office if the IT guy is not around. From getting you an extra LAN cable to fixing the task manager, this guy is your go-to person for all laptop hacks. Trust me, you need him more often than you realise.
2. The pantry boy.
He manages to make that perfect coffee for you and he's ready to do that even 5 times a day. Have you ever thanked him for creating that perfect match between milk, sugar and coffee?
3. The watchman.
He's up all night to keep an eye on your house and your car. He's been doing night shifts all his life. And for God's sake, don't scream at him if he whistles too much at night. It's his job.
4. The guy who irons your clothes.
He deserves a big thank you for making you look presentable in office. No matter what brands you buy, you'd look awful if your clothes weren't ironed properly.
5. The parking boy.
He protects your car and ensures you don't hit another car. If you are on good terms with him, he will probably save you the perfect parking spot too. So respect him, and be kind.
6. The local delivery boy.
He comes to deliver just a pack of ice-cream when uninvited guests land up at home. And honestly, you can't count the number of times he's saved the day for you.
7. The hair stylist.
He knows exactly how much hair to chop off. Moreover, he'll ignore other clients for you because you are his ultimate favorite.
8. The canteen boy.
This boy can read your mind. He knows what you want and when you're going to come for it. He also knows the exact amount of chutney you want and how much mirchi you're okay with. See, some people care enough.
9. Neighbours
We know that neighbours can make you want to gorge your own eyes out, but at the same time, they can be unbelievably nice. They keep the extra keys of your house, lend you khatta or ice whenever you need it and also receive couriers for you when you are not at home. Neighbours in India are a sort of extended family.
