Submit: 2018 Walt Whitman Award

 

Submit to the Walt Whitman Award, a $5,000 first-book publication prize. The winning manuscript will be published by Graywolf Press, and the winner will also receive an all-expenses-paid residency at the Civitella Ranieri Center in Italy and distribution of their book to Academy members. This year's judge is Joy Harjo.
